Qualification:
- Graduate in Science / Engineering- [BTECH, MBA, MCA].
Responsibility:
Innovation:
- • Proposes and elicits innovative solutions through discussions with team members by cascading information on Process Core.
- • Enhances team members knowledgebase by encouraging and creating opportunities for crosstraining in other product lines within the business.
- • Encourage and participates in best practices sharing, within and across teams, through different forums.
- • Plans, monitors and evaluates delivery of agreed upon action items by keeping stock of the factors impeding the progress and also proposes alternatives to overcome the same.
- • Communicate business case with the team, clients and senior managers and secures their buy in.
- • Enables sustainable change by setting up systems to support the new end state.
Problem Solving:
1 Promotes knowledge enhancement through exposure to Process One Framework using the levers such as:
- *LSS.
- *Analytics.
- *Operational Excellence.
- *Automation.
- within the business, Motivates the team to innovate and change processes through knowledge enhancement and expertise.
- 2 Positively assesses the feasibility of process improvements proposed by the team members and promotes these improvements to lead to operational efficiencies.
- 3 Proactively looks for opportunities for innovation in his/her own areas and discusses such opportunities with others.
- 4 Identifies and analyses problems/issues in a timely manner and accurate manner using a detail oriented approach (DMAIC/LEAN/CRISP/IPA etc).
- 5 Breaks down the problem into manageable parts, providing inputs to supervisors and helping them arrive at a solution suitable to the process.
- 6 Understands interdependencies of processes and issues and considers impact of one process or issue on others.
- 7 Makes timely decisions at a process level and collaboratively explores solutions for the process level issues/improvements.
- 8 Listens to others ideas on change and participates in such discussions, develops team's ability to implement change by active guidance.
Stakeholder Management:
- 1 Consistently delivers on customers' expectations.
- asks for feedback from customers and proactively looks for opportunities for improvement.
- 2 Proactively informs clients of new developments and keeps them apprised of issues and challenges.
- 3 Understands and seeks information on client needs/culture/background and asks for clarification wherever needed.
- 4 Creatively identified the right resources to complete work effectively, allocating it appropriately amongst team members.
- 5 Understands client issues fully and resolves them in one's own area.
- 6 Adheres to SLA's and maintains critical client delivery parameters by tracking and monitoring them (Productivity releases/Automation Release etc).
- 7 Demonstrates complete control of daytoday operations.
Communication and Project Management (This covers Governance):
- 1 Tailors communication depending on audience, able to simplify for junior team members.
- 2 Uses effective medium to communicate messages appropriately to the audience, including mail, phone, team meetings of onetoone discussions.
- 3 Demonstrates effective listening skills to enable better interpretation of the situation.
- 4 Communicates in clear, concise way and articulates thoughts effectively uses effective written communication.
Team management:
Team:
- Collaborate and work as a team.
- Proactively support team building and on boarding efforts.
Capability Development:
- Coach junior team members and new hires.
- Estimate, Plan, Budget, Sequence, Hire/Induct, Train, Coach, Appraise, Certify, Promote, Motivate, Catalyze, Energize, Enable Green Belts & New Black Belts.
Knowledge Sharing:
- Conduct internal KSS sessions.
- Participate in learning/knowledge based activities such as process hackathon, process quiz etc,.
- Present white papers in internal/external forums.
