Scope :
Responsible for management and oversight of Integrated Investments within the Market / Service
Point of contact for Market / Service Leadership updates on Integrated Investments and ROI
The role comprises working across a large number of Stakeholders in relation to Finance, Budget Management and Operational updates.
Working directly with the Market / Service CFO, Growth & Strategy Lead, MD&I investments project leads, Industry and offfering Leads, etc.
List of Responsibilities :
Assist with Quaterly analysis for reporting to leadership
Define and track metrics to assess effectiveness of Investments programs and initiatives, looking for continuous improvement
Review E2E investments with CFO and G&S lead monthly / quarterly
Respond to CFO and G&S leads ad-hoc requests related with investments
Drive reviews and measure progress towards commitments, infusing an ROI mentality
Identify and split MD&I investments by "Growth Priorities", "Geos", etc.
Highlight areas of concern, make recommendations
Propose new ways to maximize the ROI of Integrated Investments
Enable multi-year forward looking view of Investments categories and dimensions
Integrate E2E investments views into planning process and discussions about capacity and prioritization
Analize short and long term financial impact of one particular investment, their affordability and their return
Collaborate within the Team in cross initiatives
Track deliverables as included in myMD&I
Work together with MD&I Ops Leads to understand investments, variances, ROI, etc
Proactive identification of MD&I funds requests in Acquisitions & Contracts
Your skills and qualifications
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, and an ability to foster relationships at all levels within the organisation
- Strong team working and collaboration skills with experience of working in a large-matrix organisation such as Accenture
- Inquisitive and analytically minded
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- Comfortable with learning new technology and providing functional support
- MS Excel (advanced), MS Powerpoint, Sharepoint, PowerBI
- SQL Skills preferable, but not mandatory
Nice to Haves :
- Degree in Business or Finance is preferable. Relevant experience can supersede Degree requirements
- Knowledge of Accenture’s Economic model advantageous
- PMO & Budget Forecasting Skills
- Comfort with technology terms
