We are seeking a people person with a desire to help others in a fast-paced environment. You will work with existing Support Specialists, your Support Supervisor, customers, and other departments to provide a delightful customer experience. Rate in USD: 06$ per hour Key Responsibilities Provide a delightful customer experience through managing inbound emails, text messages, chat, and some outbound calls. Monitor bookings in progress, help our service providers resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of services. Generate outbound text, call, or email communications to proactively address issues with bookings. Perform clerical tasks in a well-organized and timely manner. Provide feedback on process improvement opportunities and contribute to projects as assigned All other duties as assigned Requirements Available to work a minimum of 40 hours/week, including the occasional evening and weekend. Most of the action on our customer service team takes place between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. CST, but Spruce provides support from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST on weekends. 1-2 years of prior experience in a BPO, multi-family, hospitality, or customer service role.  Love working with people and solving problems while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. Can work independently in a self-directed setting. Proficient at navigating multiple apps at a time and demonstrated the ability to prioritize multiple Tasks. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills in writing, in person, or by phone. Able to problem-solve in the moment and execute solutions with firm judgment.
