Roles & Responsibilities:
· Leadership in improving Quality, continuous process improvements, policies, and metrics across the enterprise.
· Previous experience of leading projects in Data Quality, Data governance, ETL, MDM, Platform and industry led tools and applications.
· Experienced in handling platform and application support in production support.
· Should be aware of regional or local laws and regulations for better people management and productivity
· Partnering with offshore leaders for strategic decisions, solutions and growth.
· Confident of industry best practices when solving business problems and interfacing business partners.
· Proficient in working cross-functionally with other teams to improve efficiency, governance and project execution.
· Thought-leadership around process, system and organizational improvement.
· Having experience in running project life cycles
· Ability to build, manage and motivate a scalable, agile team to bring a new data remediation process quickly.
· Resource planning and attrition management.
· Proactive identification of risks related to project execution, metrics, team building and retention
· Be responsible for team engagement and project metrics, SLA compliance, process/system enhancements, and prioritization with triage of activities.
· Staffing of key resources to ensure depth and breadth of team skills and capabilities, and continue growth with profitability
· Drive processes to scalability, agility and repeatability with annual productivity improvements and cost reductions.
· Proven ability to provide guidance and make decisions that require judgment and consideration of possible impacts and contingencies
· Ability to inspire team with a clear vision and purpose
· Experience on task prioritization, workload and escalation management
· Preferable to have worked with Informatica, Data catalogue, Cloud services
· Preference of knowhow on Agile, Spiral and Waterfall Project Management in Software Development Methodologies.
· Responsible for issue resolving (root cause analysis), setting quality monitoring bench marks in projects, automation strategy, data protection and risk assessment and mitigation.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[170,000 – 182,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
