- Manage a large program for customer and be responsible for Delivery governance, oversight, revenue sustenance, portfolio growth and excellent customer relationship
- Accountable for P&L for the program
- Accountable for Customer Satisfaction
Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience
- 25 + years of experience with excellent Techno Managerial skills
- Strong HC Payer Domain knowledge
- Experience in managing complex programs involving multiple partner organizations
- Strong capability in leading large digital transformation initiatives
- Prior experience in working with customers on product implementation
- Great People Management Skills
- Efficient P&L management
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is 190,000+ depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program based on performance, RSU Package and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
