Required Qualifications:
- Top Skills:
- ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management, Knowledge Management).
- Application Support Management experience.
- Global Delivery Model Experience.
- Service Level Management, KPI & Metrics, Analytics and Reporting.
- Automation, Transformation experience.
- Life Sciences Experience is good to have.
· Upper intermediate English level
