What You Will Do
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will design email campaigns with insights to drive partner growth, be a trusted strategic advisor to your regional leader, and leverage the full breadth of Google Cloud solutions and learning services to drive impact at scale across your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner closely with Activation Management, Content, Creative, Digital Marketing, Operations, Events, and Partner Marketing to develop integrated marketing strategies and deliver go-to-market programs that drive partner segment growth.
- Ensure accuracy and tracking, measurement, and attribution of integrated engagement campaigns across awareness, nurture, and deal acceleration stages.
- Produce insights to drive Digital Marketing strategy that support a partner growth strategy and regional partner contribution key objectives.
- Build testing and experimentation plans and establish requirements documentation, including flows, segmentation, and reporting.
Analyze results and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.
Preferred qualifications :
- Ability to structure and create processes for transparency of plan through campaign calendars and consistent measurement at every stage of the audience journey, integrated across engagement channels.
- Knowledge of multi-touch campaigns, with digital first expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to take a data-driven approach, including use of AI, to design and optimize programs and results.
- Experience in defining and launching effective Account Based programs at scale.
- Basic knowledge of SQL to perform self-service data pulls
- Experience with stitching data together from an enterprise CRM tool (preferably Salesforce) to build prioritized lists of cohorts for campaign execution
