Santa Fe Recovery Center is a nonprofit organization that has been providing compassionate treatment to support people throughout their full journey of recovery from addiction, substance use, and related mental illness since 2005.

We are committed to breaking down barriers to treatment and eliminating health disparities for disadvantaged populations severely impacted by historical trauma, unemployment, and other socioeconomic factors.

    Duties and Responsibilities of the Director of Practice Management Systems are included but not limited to :

    • Develop and maintain support systems for end users, including new users, terminating users, problem-solving, help / ticket systems, and system training.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact with Practice Management vendor(s) and develop methods of bridging data systems within the agency.
    • Work with vendor(s) to maintain systems with updates and new functionality. Work closely with Information Technology Leadership to troubleshoot connectivity, manage support, etc.
    • Work collaboratively with program leadership to provide direction and ensure consistent, measurable goal setting using data available in the system.
    • Complete required Practice Management System training and certification (as available).
    • Participate in routine and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities.
    • Supervise and manage Practice Management System / Competency Support Coordinators.

    • Oversee all Practice Management-related contracts, licenses, and budgetary expenditures.

    • Ability to guard confidentiality, including client information, agency business, etc.
    • Intermediate computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, report writing, etc.)
    • Regular and predictable attendance, and promptness for work.

    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and / or weekends to accommodate updates, system upkeep, urgent / emergent situations, etc. (as needed).
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Hybrid work environment- (office and field, including zoom / telehealth, office locations, home, etc.)
    • Company-issued laptop.
    • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and ability to drive for organization business.

    Education and Experience :

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent in work experience, preferably in a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience managing systems or databases.
    • Non-profit experience preferred.
