As our new Distribution Account Manager, you will be responsible for the One Lenovo Business; your primary function is to increase the share of wallet, manage the end to end Sales In and Sales Out process & relationships with named Distribution partner(s). We are looking for you if you can work as part of a team, can handle a fast-moving environment and excel in relationship management with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation both internally and externally including C-level executives, sales, technical and marketing teams.
- Build annual Business Plans related to both the partner and Lenovo’s Distribution Strategy
- Design and execute strategic QTR business plan aligning Market intelligence with: Campaign (Product), Forecast & inventory management achieving market share ambitions
- Integrate all Business Units into distribution plans including SMB, MM, Ent, PS, Global, and Consumer.
- Ownership and implementation of quarterly marketing plans driving demand generation
- Own ongoing analysis of metrics & business performance to produce weekly reports for business presentation & relevant actions with recommendations.
- Build, maintain and develop programs to accelerate growth and achieve financial targets
- Maintains expertise on focus products and overall industry trends
- Articulate Lenovo’s 360 value proposition
- Ensure distributors are fully enabled on the product portfolio and the necessary sales and technical accreditations are achieved
- Ensure distributors are enabling the resellers to understand and can successfully promote the Lenovo product.
Essential Requirements
- Experience with IT Distribution (PC Hardware could be an advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience selling hardware within the Channel
- Track record in building and executing business development plans
- Self-motivated and pro-active mentality
- Energetic, sales driven and a “must win” attitude
- Proven face to face sales track record
- Presentation and communication skills
- Commercial understanding of Distribution
- Full Driving Licence
