EMEA AR Controller with Spanish language

These are your detailed responsibilities:

• Controlling of Accounts Receivables at EMEA level, provide operational guidance (tactical & strategic direction) and ensure execution of collection activities to achieve OTC cash targets.
• Direct involvement and supporting communication with external and internal customers (requiring Spanish language)
• Management & controlling of outsourced teams covering E2E AR operations.
• Performing various analysis at EMEA markets level and reporting the outcomes to Market CFOs, preparing operational decks, and presenting at Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews for cash related topics
• Analyze results and root cause analysis & KPI/target setting to drive awareness & actions to address specific issues and drive continuous improvement in the operation.
• Support OTC projects, assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively drive transformation, process improvement and standardization
• Review/maintain/ improve current policies.
• Report disputed cases and escalate for support to internal functions or management as needed

You will report to EMEA Accounts Receivable Senior Manager.

What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/OTC finance
• Effective written and oral communication in English and Spanish is required.
• French language is a plus.
• OTC process understanding & ability to drive improvements.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills as you will be working with GEO CFOs
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• SAP experience is required
• Power Bi- VBA intermediate level is a plus.
• Minimum education – bachelor’s degree (Economics / Finance / Business Administration is a plus)
