The role is encouraged to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/standard methodologies to improve our current services and technologies.
Location: Charlotte, NC
Roles/Responsibilities:
Delivery ownership of assigned portfolio.
Represent Cognizant delivery team to the customer.
Ensure SOW commitments are met for every program / project in assigned portfolio.
Maintain and develop channels of communication with senior customer stakeholders and represent outcomes Cognizant is achieving for customer.
Identify and create opportunities of growth.
Required:
Experience managing multiple programs and projects.
Experience having PnL responsibility for large portfolios.
Experience with communicating with senior customer stakeholders.
Should have Insurance (specifically commercial insurance) domain knowledge.
Should have experience / certifications on Agile delivery models.
