Enterprise Automation SLS - Insurance

Our Enterprise AutomationService Line provides intelligent Automation Services including automation, operational analytics and operations consulting services and solutions for mission critical business processes to major industries globally. It is one of the fastest growing practices in the company, and a key pillar of our digital offerings.  We are seeking a Service Line Specialist with strong experience in Insurance to grow our presence in our P&C, L&A, Group Benefits and Retirement in US and Canada.

 

In this role, the Service Line Specialist will be responsible for sales of all Enterprise Automation offerings in the assigned portfolio. The position will manage our go to market sales strategy, identify, qualify and close new business opportunities, grow revenue and expand our stakeholder footprint within the accounts. The position will work with and leverage our consulting, advisory, technology CoE and solution delivery teams.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and execute an sales (primarily farming with some hunting) strategy for the assigned portfolio in collaboration with the broader account teams.

·       Own revenue, margin, pipeline, TCV and customer satisfaction for the assigned portfolio.

·       Own all activities in a sales cycle - building a qualified pipeline of opportunities, creating a differentiated solution proposal aligned to a client’s needs, creating a win-win commercial model and driving closure of the sale.

·       Collaborate with teams across Cognizant to create targeted pitches and solution offerings.

·       Respond to RFIs and RFPs from prospects and clients. 

·       Build and manage senior and mid-level customer relationships in business and IT.

·       Engage with strategic product partners for joint marketing and sales, plan and participate in relevant industry events and so on. Drive pipeline planning, lead generation and joint pursuits with them.

 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·       Sales and Account Management – Proven success in quota-carrying sales / account management roles

o   Track record exceeding $4M sales targets

o   Experience in proactive account development

o   Strong client management skills and experience

·       Intelligent Automation Experience – Experience with intelligent automation technologies including RPA, intelligent document processing, AI, NLP, ML and similar technologies helping clients implement tech-driven operations transformation

·       Insurance Industry Operations – Experience with P&C, L&A, Group Benefits and Retirement operations

·       Collaborative, proactive leadership style

o   Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and matrixed environment

o   Proactive leadership skills, across cross-functional global team

o   Hands on working style

o   Comfortable working on concurrent pursuits and activities; ability to prioritize and manage time.

·       Willing to travel ~ 20%
