DirecciónThe Marketing & Communications (M+C) Event Management PMO is an exciting opportunity for a well-organized and results-driven project management professional to play a key role in the Event Management Support team at Accenture.
The PMO organizes and manages data and processes for the Marketing events portfolio in partnership and at the direction of the Event Management Lead and their respective team.
They are responsible for proactively monitoring data accuracy, consistency, and procedure adherence by the Event Management team to ensure the Marketing Leadership team has visibility of the events’ status and results.
Responsibilities :
- Supports reporting and metrics efforts across EMS projects and databases.
- Monitors event details in all databases (Cvent / MMS / M+C Plan tool).
- Supports a shared mailbox for general questions regarding Event Management processes and tools.
- Oversees events pipeline and calendars (using Cvent / Monday.com).
- Builds and structures specific Event Teams sites.
- Monitors team calendar and manages relevant interfaces, i.e. plan Events, Competition Law review and approval.
- Interacts with Data & Analytics to ensure the team has any required inputs / updates to generate dashboard reporting.
- Documents key lessons learned and opportunities to improve processes with a focus on innovation and efficiencies.
- Supports Event Management Leads in budget tracking activities including PO’s and vendor payments, prepays, accruals and journal entries as well as general and specific event related data analysis and summaries.
- May have growth assignments such as assisting other teams or process improvement / projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree required, project management qualifications a plus
- 2-4 years project manager / coordinator and some marketing experience
- Fluent in English
Experience and Skills :
- Basic PMO knowledge (actions plan and follow up)
- Basic data handling skills (Excel, SQL as a nice to have).
- Technically oriented, experience with Power Automate is a plus.
- Able to coordinate multiple programs
- Strong communications skills with ability to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders
- Responsible and responsive
- Exercise judgement to identify risks to plan in a timely manner
- Able to work independently and connect with stakeholders when needed
- Basic administrative knowledge (cost tracking and allocation)
- Efficient meeting management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate team members to complete tasks by building trusted relationships
- Produce high-quality, detailed work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
- Proficient with MS Office tools
- Experience with project management software
