Experiential Marketing Director

Which are the requirements ?

• Demonstrate at least 10 years of experience developing, organizing, planning, executing events production strategies at an agency, events company or with a brand for multiple clients.
• Present solid experience managing the communication directly with the client.
• Exhibit a vast knowledge of events, production by having strong relation with suppliers.
• Showcase a vast knowledge in planning and execution of events.
• Hold a Bachelors degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, events or any related field.
• Show an english proficiency level (C1)- MUST.

Which will be your responsibilities?

• Support, nurture, lead and aggressively grow the experiential marketing department.
• Develop and maintain best practices.
• Develop and Sell ideas created in conjunction with multiple regional creative teams.
• Ensure impeccable standards in all styles of events and continually work to better pricing, processes and in general make more efficient the operation of the department.
• Running and operating all sizes of events, functions, parties for corporate, lifestyle, fashion and cultural clients.
• Attend and respond to customers effectively, prepare presentations for the client (progress, reports, results).
• Prepare budgets and maintain control of them.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers.
