- English: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the design, construction, architecture, or related industries.
- Strong background in accounting with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
- Experience in managing financial aspects of construction and design projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with digital marketing financial operations is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Gmail, Google docs.
- Entrepreneurial, Self-starter.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Collaborative.
Strong organizational skills to effectively and successfully complete multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Maintain and foster a positive work atmosphere.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Duties & Responsibilities1/ Oversee budgeting
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to understand and optimize financial operations related to marketing initiatives
- Conduct financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Managing deadlines and budgets.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the business objectives of the studio.
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to support business growth2/ Forecasting
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor and control project finances.
- Manage financial aspects of construction and design projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Establish and communicate clear expectations and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, vendors, and other relevant external partners.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for financial agreements.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Work collaboratively to ensure comprehensive financial management.
- Drive improvements in accounting processes and financial reporting.
