Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This role develops and maintains collaborative partnerships with retail customers, establishes advantaged partnerships, and delivers key commercial objectives.
Your Impact
As Food Svc Sales Assoc Manager, your scope would consist of ...
  • Builds strong working relationships with customer decision makers at all levels and fosters a sustainable competitive advantage
  • Communicates customer plans to appropriate cross-functional teams in a concise and timely fashion
  • Collaborates with cross-functional and cross-divisional business partners to identify and address strategic selling opportunities to deliver annual volume, profit, and share plans
  • Engages and aligns Field Sales Teams around customer business plans such as period communication packets, annual operating plan (AOP) rollout, and customer direction
  • Partners with Category Management Teams to gain insight and develop business building opportunities
  • Partners with Production Teams to ensure forecast accuracy
  • Contributes to joint business plan (JBP) development and execution
  • Develops, executes, and maintains wiring strategies, both internally and with customer leadership
  • Leverages insights and data to craft stories and unlock profitable volume on business
  • Leverages trade spend to maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Facilitates periodic internal and external customer planning and execution meetings
  • Activates local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Communicates account specific execution plans to Front Line Teams
  • Performs ongoing cross-functional forecasting and demand planning
  • Ensures smooth and prompt resolving of customer complaints
  • Influences and executes commercial strategies to achieve financial and customer objectives
  • Manages consistent operational growth through given key performance indicators (KPIs) (e.g., financial targets, space targets, share targets, display targets)
  • Provides valuable customer information into AOP and strategic business plan (SBP)
  • Performs periodic market visits
  • Effectively participates in all areas of business planning (e.g., forecasting, internal and external communication, reporting, financial accounting, administration)
  • Builds successful plans and effectively manages an accrual-based trade system
  • Manages trade spend and forecast accuracy
  • Conducts business reviews with customers to review current state of the business and future opportunities as well as to align on future activities and goals

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic, Engineer (graduate)
  • Experience 5 year in similar position managing large costumer accounts or similar manager position- desirable in massive consume
  • Upper intermediate english - Desirable
  • team management - verifiable
