What this job involves

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of GUEST SERVICE AMBASSADOR to join our team:

  • Location: Microcentro, Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina. 
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. 
  • Work model: On site.
  • Contract Type: Indefinite-term.

This role is responsible for promoting a sense of community within the working environment, while at the same time taking responsibility for the following workplace facilities: Offices/desks, special collaboration areas, meeting rooms, common areas such as elevator lobbies/transfer floors, among others.

What is your day to day?

  • Create a collaborative environment among employees across the workplace and promote OpenWork behavior and community engagement
  • Provide a welcome experience for everyone by creating a strong Front of House offering
  • Get to know our client colleagues and interests, understand the teams and learn what will make a difference in their daily work.
  • Support events and promote activities that bring together employees from different teams within the company.
  • Immerse yourself in each company's work profile and find out which workplace characteristics are most important for business success.
  • Be a promoter of Workplace technology, encourage your colleagues to use online messages of errors/requests and connect to CS via the Workplace app.
  • Be the point of contact for all matters at the workplace; answer questions and deliver effective solutions (using the stakeholder network)
  • Provide meeting rooms, including space technology (triage and first-line fix), escalate when specialized technical support is required
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders in workplace teams
  • Become an effective bridge point between the business units, the local/regional CRE and the client end-user colleagues
  • Find out about all changes within each company
  • Support in the orientation of new employees as well as support of employees who come from other offices
  • Monitor workplace behavior and manners through ongoing monitoring, engagement, and communication with different teams to ensure adaptation to OpenWork principles
  • Help our facilities management team respond to internal workplace problems, including workplaces, meeting rooms, common areas, etc.
  • Take responsibility for managing lockers, including assignment, removals, and changes, and troubleshooting
  • Perform an analysis of the number of employees and general observations to understand the most important peak times, downtime, and general workplace behaviors.

Required:

  • 3 years of experiencia in similar roles, as a receptionist.
  • Customer experience vision.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Time availability for a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm.
  • Bachelor degree is preferred.
