Job Description
- You ll be responsiblefor coordinating and operationally managing the academy
- Driving conceptual development of the academy and training plans
- Tracking KPIs for regular reporting, continuous improvement of Academy processes, and goal achievement
- Implementing, standardizing, and optimizing process workflows in the academy
- Leading, supporting, and developingtrainers and trainees
- You ll be the interface between the academy and the headquarter in Germany
- You ll coordinate smooth operational flow as a point of contact for local service providers
- You ll represent Enpal and its values externally in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Qualifications
- Relevant professional and technical experience in atechnical industry, preferably with knowledge in the solar industry
- Several years of leadership experience, for example, in construction management or similar positions
- Experience in training and further development of employees
- Ability to act responsibilyand beinga role model as a training manager, being able to work with joy and persuasionwith adults of all age groups
- User knowledge in handling MS Office / ERP systems
- Ability to conduct constructive discussions, fostera feedback culture, and implementdevelopment measures for employees
- You are able to speak Bosnian at a mother tongue level and German at least at level B2
