IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

Lead, train, motivate, and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics

Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base

Direct and manage the performance and development of your team

Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met

Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently

Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly;

Manage the team to assure 100% Of Sales plan realization

Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth

Ensure order tracking and correction

Coordinate technical inquiries

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU :

  • 2+ years Leadership experience to drive a sales team;
  • Proven track record Of Sales achievements (B2B);
  • Experience in building and motivating sales team;
  • Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Work experience with internal systems;
  • Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently;

Good English language skills (written and oral).

Work week from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM,

Worktype : Remote (home office)

Training : onboarding on Teltonika's internal systems, sales process, product related topics; providing constant necessary materials, and providing a continuous feedback to unlock more of your potential

conducting Annual Employee Engagement surveys; other Management, HR initiatives to help scale business and personal goals better.
