Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our agency's
brand, boost visibility, and acquire new clients, focusing on expanding our market
presence.
Lead and inspire our talented team of Marketing professionals, offering strategic
guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and creative environment to
deliver exceptional campaigns.
Utilize market insights and analytics to optimize our campaigns, ensuring
maximum impact and exceptional ROI.
Direct the creation of compelling, brand-consistent content across platforms that
align with our agency's values and resonate with our audience.
Foster seamless collaborations among teams, ensuring our marketing strategies
align with our business goals.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, offering insights and
recommendations for continuous campaign enhancement and agency success.
Who are we looking for?
Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least
4-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Experience working in an agency environment would be a huge plus.
- Preferably, a strong background in Marketing agency roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable
insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments.
