We are looking for an experienced leader for our Digital Marketing team, who with strategic vision and leadership provides direction and support to his team of creatives to launch new and incredible projects.
He will be responsible for defining, implementing and managing the company's marketing strategy and supervising projects through to completion.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead a multifunctional team in the development and execution of 360 communication strategies, ensuring the correct implementation of the brand strategy.
- Devise concepts and strategies for specific projects and monitor their development, putting their creative vision into practice.
- Supervise and develop strategies for the company s social media, as well as other channels of communication, ensuring the correct dissemination of the company's own information, under the established standards.
- Collaborate with different divisions of the company to work in internal and external projects.
- Lead and motivate the team of creatives, helping them to use their talent effectively.
- Approve content, products, offering feedback to the team to meet strategic objectives.
- Plan and monitor the progress of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with the projects requirements and deadlines.
- Generate metrics and performance indicators to measure the efficiency of the projects and campaigns executed.
Required skills and qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising,Communication or similar.
- Experience of at least 8 years in executive positions or supervising Marketing, advertising or similar teams.
- Specialty in Digital Marketing (desirable)
- Creative thinking and detail orientation.
- Problem solving ability.
- Excellent skills in managing own and team time.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills at all levels.
- Advanced English.
