I founded this company out of my own personal struggles with Endometriosis and major hormonal imbalances. Most women have a hormone story – middle-aged people, young people, fun people, famous people, 'normal' people. In fact, 80% of women suffer from hormonal imbalance at some point in their lives. Yet, the topic is still a taboo and we're here to break that silence. That's why we have developed a game-changing range of products and treatments for people to manage and treat hormonal health: from menstrual symptoms,
menopause, stress & sleep and sexual health. Guided by naturopathic medicine principles, we look at the whole person, from body to mind and
we are all about symptoms, not age.

looking for the best team to do it.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join the senior management team to lead on our growth
and marketing strategy and execution.
The role will be equal parts strategy and execution and focused on our 3 vehicles of monetization:
1. Content (Traffic, key channel for Glow, monetization platform ripe for a new strategy)
2. Glow (DTC, Amazon, Retail, European expansion)
3. Seal of Approval (B2B, impact driven, high margin)
We are off to a great start after our first year of trading, with over 15,000 sold already, proving how underserved this market is. Our early traction and customer feedback gives us confidence our content, products and mission are really needed and you will have the opportunity to play a key part in us scaling in our second year.
We recognise that as a startup the Head of Marketing will have a broad remit and you may be predisposed to certain types Of Marketing more than others. That's okay, we recognise that candidates are likely to have solid knowledge across the breadth Of Marketing with a likely deeper understanding in some areas. Key skills we are looking to bring into the team through this role are a real confidence in growth strategies, customer acquisition and retention (both digital and offline, for both Glow & Seal) and content management.
We are looking for a self-starter with lots of ideas for how we can grow HU; someone who can be a strategic support to the business and will own turning our business goals into a robust marketing strategy and execute on that. From defining that strategy,
to sourcing 3rd party agencies / freelancers, designing campaigns, refining our asset creation process, owning our channels (DTC,Amazon, retail, Europe), partnerships, setting budgets with a path to profitability in mind, monitoring performance, building & line managing a team, and everything in between; you will build, execute and iterate on a growth and marketing strategy that sets us up for success. In short, you will oversee all things growth for HU.

What you'll do:
? Build and lead a new category - hormonal health & wellness
? Continue defining and refining this new category - what does that look like to the outside world?
? Create a strategy across all touchpoints to ensure HU becomes the leader and authority in hormonal wellness across every cycle of a woman's life
? Oversee brand voice, look and feel, reputation
? Leads & manages ALL marketing aspects at HU - working closely with Founder and COO
? Manage and own marketing budget and P
? Create a strategy and roadmap for customer acquisition, growth & retention for all products to increase LTV & subscription.
? Analyze and recommend and execute on other potential offline channels such as direct mail, events & partnerships
? Oversees and manages digital channels including search, social, and SEO; and email and affiliate marketing.
? Develop effective and engaging digital and offline content strategies, campaigns and storytelling across all platforms and brand touchpoints
? Partner closely with Spain and relevant international distributors to ensure they have a clear guidance on all Glow marketing materials, brand assets that all campaigns are reaching the right audience at the right time with the right product
? Develop partnerships along with Brand Manager, including retailers, e-tailers and publications
? Ensure the growth marketing strategy and budget is aligned with Founder & COO
