Hotel Director of Sales Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and cultivatehigh-value B2B leads, crafting compelling proposalsthat secure lucrative partnerships.
- Demonstrateinitiativeand creativityin finding new business and new contactsfor new andexisting accounts resulting in increased revenue.
- Dive deep into the intricacies of group RFPs & Account Travel Program needs, dissecting their requests and crafting tailor-made solutions that exceed expectations
- Directly supervises onsite sales coordinator(s). In addition to training and development, this requires recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling following Drury standards.
- Collaborates with other members of the sales team, GM, & other corporate stakeholders.
- Drive revenue through client meetings, swift follow-up, compelling proposals, and meticulous account management. Keep internal stakeholders informed with CRM docs and meeting prep.
- Participates and supports the revenue budgeting process.
Qualifications :
- Passion for sales.
- Degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
- Requires a minimum of 3-5years of Sales experience, preferably in hospitality with a group sales background or related field.
