Job Description
- Organize and support regular business / team meetings and communications
- Update reports and dashboards timely and accurately
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Assist with HRIS project requirements triage and prioritization
- Monitor budget vs. expense, providing regular budget updates to HRIS leader
- Monitor resource allocation and support resource planning and management
- Drive team internal initiatives / programs and identify opportunities to optimize spending or improve efficiency and productivity
- Assist with contract and vendor management including payment tracking, regular performance review and contract renewal
- Organize team building and internal events
- Administrative support to HRIS leader
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3-5 years HR, HRIS or PMO experience is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management & multi-tasking ability
- Good sense of data, strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Responsible and self-driven, good behavior of integrity and compliance
- Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams across the globe
- Skilled at Microsoft office software: Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
