Your Responsibilities:

Are you looking for an opportunity to lead Commercial & Digital programs and projects while establishing a culture where data is an asset to understanding and growing the business?  If so, this is the role for you.

YOU will need the ability to interface with senior management and have high degree of innovation mindset and Commercial acumen, as well as reliability and high strategic thinking in conjunction with agile delivery skills. YOU will accelerate ViiV/GSK digitization business through technology innovation to enable competitive business performances.

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Be responsible for developing promotional tactical activities with focus on digital across the EM region.

    • Provide direct support to GSK alliance markets to ensure the successful implementation of promotional tactics.

  • Develop and execute the digital transformation in the Emerging Markets region by driving innovative approaches in this field.

    • Coordinate and align with GSK teams digital objectives and project implementation.

    • Ensure digital activities meet internal guidelines as well as external regulations through assuring review by appropriate internal/external experts.

  • Be responsible for market research and competitive intelligence activities.

  • Lead GSK alliance markets capabilities building and training in coordination with ViiV HQ and GSK

  • Be responsible for KPIs monitoring, execution, and analysis. 

  • Contribute/led in specific projects to support Emerging Markets objectives.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Information technology, Data Science or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of successful commercial sales and marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry with exposure to EM region.

  • Product launch experience.

  • Proven track record of planning and driving marketing tactics and digital projects.

  • Experience conducting training to sales and marketing team.

  • Experience conducting market research and competitive intelligence.

  • Exceptional project management skills and history of delivering results.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team.

  • Language:  strong communication skills in Spanish and English (both written and oral). Portuguese language is a plus.

  • Experience successfully working in a matrix organizational and cross functional team. 

  • Proactive attitude, ambition, and the confidence necessary to achieve exceptional goals is necessary for success in this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data Analytics Certifications.

  • Project Management Certifications.
