Role Description – Key Responsibilities
• Maintain database of donors and update it regularly
• Maintain database of proposals received from NGOs and update it regularly
• Share pitch deck with new corporate partners
• Initiate meetings with Donors and NGO partners
• Collect preliminary details for new project proposal from project team
• Place request to Project team for conducting appropriate Needs Assessment
• Review the Needs Assessment reports
• Seek relevant clarifications from NGOs and other stakeholders during proposal formulation
• Draf innovative proposals
• Draft MoU for Corporate and NGO partners
• Collect project completion reports and financial report on a quarterly basis
• Review project completion reports with impact, case studies, testimonials and photographs
• Collate and update beneficiaries reached out through various programs on a monthly basis
• Collect and Document Best Practices of UWC and various programs
• Update the brochure, pitch deck and other collaterals on a periodic basis
• Maintain the proposal tracker for fund status
• Support in organizing events, donor meets, volunteer meet
• Take up other relevant responsibilities as and when required.
Qualification and Experience:
• MSW Graduate or any relevant background.
• 3-8 Yrs of Experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
• Excellent communication skills - fluency in English and Tamil
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Leadership skills and Interpersonal skills
• Commitment and integrity
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and to work independently
