Sous la Supervision du Spécialiste de Sécurité du Bureau UNICEF Mopti, le Security Associate est responsable de contribuer localement à la mise en place de tous les dispositifs et procédures en lien avec la sécurité : participer à la formulation de la stratégie de sécurité du bureau et à l’élaboration du plan de sécurité ; contribuer à l’élaboration des politiques et procédures en rapport aux situations de crise et préparer les éventuels plans d’urgence. Il aura comme responsabilités :
• Appuyer l'application effective des politiques telles que le SRM et le RSM applicables dans les différents bureaux ;
• Participer aux évaluations physiques et techniques des bureaux et des résidences du staff et en établir un rapport au Spécialiste de Securite.
• Fournir régulièrement les informations appropriées sur la sécurité au Spécialiste de Sécurité (rapport hebdomadaire, rapport de circonstance et le SSIR) ;
• Vérifier la préparation des staffs et des véhicules avant toute mission sur le terrain.
En tant qu’assistant fournir l’interprétation adéquate des informations relatives à la sécurité dans le pays en ayant une parfaite connaissance de l’environnement sécuritaire au Centre du Mali.
• Contribuer à développer et mettre à jour une base des données sur la sécurité du personnel (coordonnées, géolocalisation systématique, mise à jour des changements d’adresse, liste des staffs, contacts d’urgence, taux de staffs formés en BSAFE - SSAFE, etc.) et les incidents de sécurité de la zone SRM Centre.
• Planifier et participer à la tenue des formations et des briefings sur la sécurité aux membres du personnel.

*A first University Degree in a relevant field combined with 2 additional years of professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an Advanced University Degree. - A minimum of six years of relevant professional experience in
- Developing country work experience and/or familiarity with emergency is considered an asset.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
