DirecciónCognizant is looking for an IT Support Engineer(all genders) in Unterschleißheim near München, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
In this IT Support Engineer role, you will be installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability by end users. You will also troubleshoot software and software issues for windows workstations and mobility support/management. Please note that you must be able to work in the office (not hybrid or remote).
In your first few weeks in this IT Support Engineer role, you can expect to:
· Repair or replace damaged hardware like laptops/desktops/iPad
· Upgrade the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers as per client standards
· Installing and upgrading anti-virus software on the computer to ensure security standards are met as defined by client
· Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware for windows
To apply for this IT Support Engineer role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field. You will also require the following:
· 2-3 years of experience as an End user Support engineer, Deskside Support Engineer, Field Support Engineer – deskside / IT Service Desk Engineer/IT Support Engineer
· Proficiency in SCCM 2012 and O365
· Fluency in German and English
