Project Manager, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Developing comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Managing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Conducting IT project post-mortems and creating a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Ensuring all Lenovo´s project documents are safely archived following project completion.
Operation
- Managing overall operations and ensuring the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures.
- Serving as a company representative on regulatory issues.
- Enhancing operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and looking for opportunities to expand systems.
- Interviewing, selecting, and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employee’s performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
- Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the director.
- Portfolio Manager, Price lists, System maintenance, Cost control, Service catalogue enablement.
Minimum Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5 years of experience in Project Management, IT Services or Service Delivery.
