Lead QA / qTest Admin
Location: Maryland Heights, MO
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
• Good working experience in Tricentis qTest tool as qTest administrator starting with installation of pre-req software through several qtest components and standing up a new project in qTest (including user access management).
• Knowledge on Microfocus test management tool is preferred (ex: ALM/Octane).
• Ability to define test strategy for Octane -> qTest migration and implementation approach.
• Ability to implement a prototype demonstrating test artifacts migration from Octane to qTest.
• Good hands-on experience working with relational DB (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and MS excel macros.
• Good domain knowledge on Telecom.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ability to work independently and interact with client leadership.
• Provide daily status readout to client leadership on incremental progress.
• Advise client on best practices of implementation.
• Willing to travel to other client locations for the initial period.
• Open for Onsite-offsite operating model.
