Qualifications
Must have skills: SDET with very good Selenium/Java experience
8 to 10 years of QA experience with 3 to 4 years of experience on Selenium/Java
Strong programming knowledge in Java and exposure to Azure cloud is a key expectation
Familiar with CI/CD platform like GitHub Actions
Experienced in Agile – SCRUM
Knowledge of API Testing with tools such as postman
Functional testing experience on crew scheduling, airport operations are good to have
Ability to mentor and work with cross functional QA team spread across onsite, offshore locations
Good stakeholder management and Prior experience in client interfacing role is needed
Should have good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
Knowledge in Test Documentation/Test Processes - Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, RTM, defect management etc
Good communication skills – Written & Verbal
Roles and Responsibilities
Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components
Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases
Handling technical communications and understanding the customers' systems
Working with deployments teams, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs.
Noting all testing actions you have performed in daily and weekly reports.
Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes
Managing the final quality on production release
