In this role you will be facing different challenges such as :

Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking;
Strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together .
Job Responsibilities:
Interface with stakeholders(recruiters, HR professionals, managers, foreign workforce and outside counsel) towards the preparation of government forms in support of various nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions.
Perform compliance-related activities including quality control, docketing and data input
Develop, prepare and maintain reports for both internal use and in response to requests by HR, recruiting and managers across all lines of business
Serve as point of contact for a sophisticated client base in a fast-paced environment, providing a high-level of service when responding to questions regarding immigration strategy, status updates, work authorization, next steps, and travel.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
:
Bachelor Degree - Preferrable
Prefer minimum of 2 year experience with immigration-related matters.
Must have experience with the Microsoft Suite of applications, and with Excel.
Experience with LawLogix preferred.
All candidates for roles in the Legal department must successfully complete a conflicts of interest clearance review prior to commencement of employment
