About Fella Health

Fella Health helps middle-aged men live 10 years longer.

We are the telemedicine clinic for bigger guys, worldwide. We use medical weight loss treatment to solve our fellas' most pressing healthcare need, then remain a fella's core healthcare provider for the rest of their life - focused on men's health, mental health, and primary care.

We will have served 1 million fellas by the end of 2026, and 10 million fellas by the end of 2028.

Our mission is to solve male obesity worldwide, by accelerating the take-up of GLP-1s in middle-aged men. From this, we’ll become the world’s leading men’s health brand.

The opportunity as Lifecycle Marketing Lead

Fella Health is building a world-class team.

As Lifecycle Marketing Lead at Fella Health, you’ll work closely with our Head of Growth to optimize our email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Your goal is to maximize lead conversion rates and nurture prospects into happy, paying customers.

You will take ownership of managing our existing email programs and newsletter strategy. By analyzing performance metrics, refining messaging, and implementing new automations, you'll identify opportunities to boost results.

Additionally, you'll spearhead bringing SMS campaigns in-house to complement email efforts. This channel will help book more sales calls and drive revenue.

Continuous optimization is key in this role. You will regularly test elements like segmentation, personalization, timing, content formats and calls-to-action.

The goal is to improve campaign performance month-over-month.

In the future, you’ll be on the path to owning the Lifecycle Marketing team within Fella as our growth team scales.

This is a full-time remote role.

You'll work report directly to our Head of Growth ( Dave Lane ), as well as working closely with our CEO ( Richie Cartwright ).

Key Responsibilities

  • Straight away
  • Optimize existing email activity - You’ll audit our current email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and SMS efforts. Analyze data, refine messaging, fix technical issues, and implement new automations to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Bring SMS marketing in-house - Working closely with the Head of Growth, you will lead the effort to bring SMS marketing in-house.

Through implementing automation, you can streamline SMS communication while upholding or boosting conversion rates. Bringing SMS in-house will empower further customization, optimization, and scalability over time with minimal extra staffing required.

  • In the near future
  • Discover and test new lifecycle channels - You’ll research potential new direct marketing channels to complement email and SMS.

Find opportunities to engage customers post-purchase to drive referrals, cross-sells, upsells, and retention.

Turn customers into advocates : You'll craft customized content and VIP offers to engage our existing fellas, promoting loyalty and retention.

You'll showcase your creative expertise to make our fellas feel valued, understood, and inspired.

Need to have

Direct Response Marketing Expert : You have 5+ years experience running stellar email, SMS, and direct response programs.

You have the results and expertise to prove it.

  • Testing Mindset : You're obsessed with testing and optimization. No idea goes unvalidated. You know how to turn data into insights and insights into growth.
  • Creative Flair : You have a talent for crafting compelling messages and offers. You know how to speak to fellas in a motivating yet understanding tone.
  • Tech Savvy : You have experience with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools. You’re comfortable learning new software quickly.

Nice to have

  • Specific expertise : You likely have experience in post-purchase, loyalty, and retention marketing. Executing the work, and ideally leading the programs.
  • Organization : You seamlessly manage multiple campaigns and projects concurrently. You create systems for efficiency.
  • Thrives in ambiguity : You remain focused and level-headed even when priorities rapidly change. You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete data.
  • Entrepreneurial spark : You may aspire to lead your own marketing consultancy or agency in the future.
