This is an individual contributor role that plays a critical part in optimizing and streamlining logistics operations to enhance efficiency, create processes, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance by optimizing the flows from the factory to the customer and consumer. This role will be responsible for lighting the innovative mindset in teammates, accelerating cross functional and cross-cultural collaboration, and leading the logistics team in diagnosing, designing and implementing solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Share CoE and Control Tower best practices with all operations and illustrate best practices from other companies to inspire innovation and a Lean mindset in employees.
- Optimize the flows from the factory to the customer, aligned with Demand Planning.
- Ensure compliance with Etex Group and client standards, based on ISO, Lean, or the code of ethics.
- Implement and sustain Lean methodology, focusing on cultural adoption.
- Prioritize and manage logistics projects aligned with business objectives.
- Advance integrated Supply Chain processes and technologies
- Lead the Logistics team in diagnosing, designing, and implementing solutions for Value Chain scenarios by developing a clear understanding of the customers/shoppers and consumers.
- Accelerate business results through continuous improvement activities and competency development.
What you’ll bring:
- Completed degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or similar disciplines represented in Supply Chain.
- Relevant experience in logistics and operations knowledge.
- Lean and or continuous improvement background (certification is not necessary but it is desirable).
- Relevant experience working in transformation processes/ change management (behavioural, digital and business).
- Agile methodology and proven Project Management experience.
- Experience influencing, motivating and mobilizing stakeholders and peers.
- Strong organizational capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to work in a multicultural company and availability to travel 50% of time.
- Fluent in English
