Position Description
The Marketing Operations specialist will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the marketing budget. Responsibilities include -

• Budget management - Managing real-time tracking of marketing budget utilization
• Advertising Operations - Coordinating media planning, trades and setting up campaigns
• Project management - Supporting the media team to ensure that creative deliveries are available on-time
• Vendor management - Managing procurement and payment process with marketing vendors
• Communications - Create compelling presentations / communication materials for the Marketing and senior leadership team
• Drive various initiatives to improve the efficiency of Motorola marketing investment & spend
• This role will report directly to the Strategy & Operations lead for Integrated Marketing, MBG North America

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• 1+ year relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a media agency
• Experience with financial modeling and analytics
• Highly proficient in Excel/ Google sheets
• Experience creating reports & making presentations
• Organized and detail oriented individual
