DirecciónWe are currently seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Project Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. A Marketing Project Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing campaign timing with external and internal stakeholders, and overseeing the successful execution of campaigns. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and its clients, ensuring that client objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams internally, including creative, strategy, production and data analytics as well as externally including clients' membership, marcomm, design, etc team. Ensuring that marketing campaigns are implemented effectively and deliver measurable results. At the same time introducing tools and solutions for increasing efficiency for internal campaign management.
What you will be doing 1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact. Understand client needs, goals, and objectives, and proactively address any concerns or issues. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
a. Communication with the clients regarding any creative or operational feedback (yearly timing communication, creative development, review rounds etc) b. Serving as the first line of customer support (reviewing Basecamp, tagging appropriate people, following up with the internal team and clients) c. Providing a high level customer service and communication with our clients on basic strategy and processes.
d. Coaching internal team as well as clients on decisions made and being aware of technical or production limitations. e. Creating, adjusting and leading kickoff calls (including agendas, meeting set up and communication with the client) 2. Campaign Management: Setting up campaigns on our project management system, ensuring correct campaign timing with dependencies and schedule adjustments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize strategies for maximum results.
a. High level project management duties like: communication with the clients, basecamp management, campaign set up, calls scheduling, timing, yearly schedule, on time delivery. b. Setting up campaign timing that is specific to every client and setting up an internal team schedule (adjusting it based on the needs). c. Creating and updating briefs, summary docs, other campaign related documents
d. Client onboarding call and Basecamp set up. e. Reviewing to dos on Basecamp and making sure the team is up to date with their task as well as the client delivering feedback on time. f. Setting up R1 Comps calls with the client.
g. Setting standard processes for creative team deliverables. h. Updating and managing Basecamp (archiving old campaigns, tagging team members, following naming convention, tracking folder structure) 3. Documentation and process improvements: You will assess the efficiency of our documents and processes and suggest improvement for both client campaign management and communication, as well as internal team communication and campaign development. a. Documenting undocumented processes
b. Determining need of SOPs and creating it c. Updating current SOPs What we expect you have done before ?
Proven 2+ experience as a Project Manager or similar role in an agency or similar role. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. ? Proficiency in English at a fluent or native level is a requirement for this job position.
? 3+ years experience in clients facing high intensity, high demand roles. ? Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. ? Proven strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. ? Familiarity with marketing channels, direct mail, email and digital marketing. ? Ability to fully commit to PST timezone working hours (having experience working these hours is a plus).
