We are seeking a talented Project Manager with a strong background in digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project management, possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and be able to lead cross-functional teams to execute successful campaigns. As a Project Manager for Digital Marketing, you will play a vital role in orchestrating and optimizing our digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and business growth. Main responsibilities;
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital Marketing Projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, content, and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of digital campaigns.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
Coordinate the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including content creation, landing page development, end to end testing strategies, social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Manage communication and collaboration among stakeholders, keeping all parties informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may arise during project execution, ensuring timely solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the digital marketing team, encouraging the exploration of new strategies and channels.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, suggesting innovative approaches to improve campaign effectiveness.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Project Managers, contributing to their professional growth.
Build out and provide best in class reporting across all initiatives to the leadership team.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Expert experience with JIRA including optimization of existing project flows.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a successful track record of managing digital campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills, using data insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
