Roles/Responsibilities

·       10-15 years of experience in MDM design, development, support and operations with MDM tool suite like Stibo, Informatica, Reltio

·       Extensive knowledge and experience in defining Master Data Management solutions, implementing MDM services and capabilities.

·       Manage team of 5-10 members from onsite and experience in managing DevOps Support team

·       Good in writing SQL queries

·       Good in communication and client facing skills.

·       Good in Requirements Gathering and Issue triaging skills.

·       Manage production support activities - Monitor daily/weekly/monthly data load process; Communicate the stakeholders for load process failure with detailed impact assessment and root cause analysis.

·       Co-ordinate with offshore team to resolve the production tickets (P1, P2, P3 and P4) as per the SLAs defined and track them in support management tool.

·       Responsible to drive the Issue Triage with internal & client stakeholders.

·       Co-ordinate with other application team or 3rd party vendor as required.

·       Support UAT (bug fixes and regression testing)

·       Understand the scope, identify activities/ tasks, estimate task level, schedule, dependencies, risks and provide inputs to leads for review.

·       Client POC at onsite for MDM Support

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[111,620-126,851] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
