Position Description:
• Monitoring and alert global service Order Fulfillment , alert risk delay during order delivery process.
• Track supply status, alert and pull in related orders to improve accuracy.
• Communicate with diff function teams to improve CX.
• Track and monitor KPI, Seek operation opportunity to improve and drive actions.
• Well support team member and manager to develop or optimize team report visualization
Position Requirements:
6+ years working experience on related area.
Familiar with SAP/ERP logic, excel or SQL.
Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing. CET6 .
Able to remain focused and work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and deadlines whilst multi-tasking
Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, good communication and problem solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment.
Good computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is plus
Experience in supply chain role in service industry is preferable
