Motorola Mobility is seeking applications from qualified Paid Social Media candidates that will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of Paid Social campaigns. He/ She will be in charge of strategizing and executing Paid Social campaigns through campaign set up, maintenance, executions, optimizations and final reporting. This includes working with partners and team members to execute successful social advertising campaigns.
Basic Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Paid Social
Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Marketing, Communications, Finance or quantitative field
Experience working directly within channel specific ad managers (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to set up and execute Paid Social campaigns
Knowledge of other emerging channels
Ensure the health of the campaigns, spending budgets in full, while exceeding business KPIs
Work closely with the ad operations and analytics teams for all tagging and reporting requirements
Proactively monitor campaign activity for delivery, ad quality and performance
Pull reporting and identify optimization opportunities to implement both in real-time and long term
Direct experience with interactive marketing and media strategy, planning and campaign management
Diversify media mix by launching new tech vendors and help to research new vendors/platforms
