Job Description & Summary

A career in Partner Affairs, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide strategic and operational support to current and former partners of the Firm. You’ll have a big part in supporting our partners from assisting with partner admissions and talent development to partner compensation, administration, and benefits.

In Partner Relations you will work as an integrated team with our US stakeholders. The team provides guidance on inquiries made by retired Partners, withdrawn or soon to be retired from PwC. To perform this, the team reviews data, manages an internal platform and works on internal communications.

Partners Support

  • Retirement Packages: preparing, receiving and processing these to verify information and perform system updates based on the partner status. The packages include various documents for benefit payments, beneficiary designation and Outgoing Email notification.
  • Partner’s Platform: access management and customer service for active and retired partners. This platform allows to keep track of open tickets and their progress to record completion.
  • Helpline: partners can reach out over the phone and leave a message for the team to review and act upon providing answers to the corresponding partner
