Product Quality Manager

• Lead Product Quality development strategy, designing the metrics for the function and team performance. 
• Driving Global projects on MiniQV, Standardization, Error Proofing, etc
• On-time NPI qualification for SVT & SOVP executions
• Domestic supplier audits with respect to Product/Process Quality Improvements
• Training, documentation, audit, compliance, Environmental Incidents, Digital ISO requirements etc.
• execute committed Strategy Projects such as “ANSI 2020, PFMEA, GD&T, CTQ, etc.,
• Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure product / process capability is effective to meet requirements. 
• Manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of Product quality issues 
• Review and evaluate FA & RC data to identify process improvement opportunities within the Manufacturing Process 
• Review manufacturing processes, collaborate with CFT on process improvement, value enhancement opportunities & Continual Improvement
• Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Manage the development and refinement of Process FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) 
• Review documentation of inspection results across all areas. In appropriate functional areas, this refers to supporting inspection and test status requirements defined by regulations, engineering product specifications or Control Plans, PPAP approval or product warrant submission 
• Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Self & Team.
• Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management System (ISO9001) & Environmental Management System [ISO 14001]
• Support regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to establish an action plan for improving Product Quality.
• Keep up with current and developing manufacturing and engineering trends that concern Product Quality 
• Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends 
• Undertake personal continuous training and development to self & to team
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
