Summary:
As a Program Manager for the Labs for Sales Program, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of this innovative initiative that leverages the power of Google’s Qwiklabs hands-on labs to accelerate the sales cycle and enhance customer experiences. You will be responsible for supporting the Labs for Sales Program Lead in overseeing the entire program lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution and global rollout, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Your strategic expertise, implementation prowess, and unwavering commitment to innovation will be instrumental in amplifying the impact of the Labs for Sales Program and catalyzing revenue growth for Google Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic programs that align with the overall objectives of the Labs for Sales Program. Manage program timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and successful program completion.
- Program Evangelism:
- Champion the Labs for Sales Program to new and existing users, highlighting its value proposition and driving adoption across Google Cloud and its partner ecosystem. Develop and execute effective communication strategies to generate excitement and engagement around the program.
- Cross-Organizational Partnerships:
- Orchestrate and foster cross-organizational collaboration to drive program success. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product teams, sales teams, and engineering teams, as well as external partners, such as Google Partners and Qwiklabs.
- Product/Program Management:
- Oversee the product/program management lifecycle, from identifying and prioritizing customer needs to designing, developing, and launching new products and programs. Manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Cutting-Edge Technology Applications:
- Leverage cutting-edge technology applications to enhance the Labs for Sales Program. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies into the program to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Place customer satisfaction at the heart of all program decisions. Gather customer feedback, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the Labs for Sales Program consistently exceeds customer expectations.
- Innovation:
- Cultivate a culture of innovation within the Labs for Sales Program. Encourage creative thinking, challenge the status quo, and explore new approaches to program development and execution.
- Revenue Growth:
- Contribute to the revenue growth of Google Cloud by driving the adoption of the Labs for Sales Program among customers and partners. Develop and execute strategies to expand the program's reach and impact.
- Tier 1 and 2 Support Team Management:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the tier 1 and 2 Labs for Sales support team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Oversee the team's performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement training and development programs
- to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Self-Starting and Independent:
- You should be a self-starter and able to work independently once given direction. You should be able to identify and prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage your own time effectively. You should also be able to work collaboratively with others and be open to feedback.
