  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • 5 years of experience interfacing with chief experience officer levels, discussing agreements, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience driving customer digital transformations using cloud-based solutions (IaaS / PaaS), as well as managing agreements across engineering, sales, support, professional services, and distributed teams.
  • Experience in designing services architectures for delivery of multi-year customer engagements across multiple parties and cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience in Consultancy / Professional Services organizations.
  • Knowledge of foundational cloud technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently.

As a Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) Pursuit Lead (PL), you will connect Google Cloud Consulting Services with our customers, helping them to achieve their business goals.

You will understand customer's business needs and translate them into service strategies, leveraging Google Cloud Consulting and our partner ecosystem.

In this role, you will work alongside customer teams to align custom standalone and multi-phase program opportunities including training, support, and potential alignment with cross-Product Area solutions.

They define the services strategy with the goal to de-risk and accelerate Customers’ Google Cloud Platform adoption journey.

You will build, foster, and manage customer relationships at executive level, building trust and helping closing complex agreements.

You'll also have to travel up to 30-50% of the time domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the services business process taking customer use cases from lead to delivery.
  • Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the development of the implementation strategy for Google Cloud PlatformCustomers, including funding mechanisms.

Partner with cross-functional teams.

  • Position the value of GCC to customers by pitching an overall services strategy and lead discussions for Professional Services Organization (PSO) Statement of Work (SOW) including scope, deliverables, outcomes, financials (margin, incentives), and terms.
  • Work with external GCP delivery partners in a presales capacity as needed. Develop an aligned PSO / Partners Strategy.
  • Manage holistic services sales book of business inclusive of opportunity management, prioritization, and maintaining the pre-sales GCC pipeline and PSO booking forecast, driving growth, etc.
