Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Recepcionista Bilingue para unirse a nuestro equipo :

  • Zona de trabajo : San Telmo, Bs As
  • Horario de trabajo : L unes a viernes de 8 : 00 a 18 : 00 hs .
  • Modalidad de trabajo : Presencial
  • Tipo de contratación : Tiempo indeterminado

Este rol es responsable de ser el punto de contacto tanto interno como externo, atendiendo y resolviendo solicitudes. Además, organizar y coordinar actividades administrativas del área del cliente de acuerdo con los planes establecidos.

El rol es crucial para garantizar la operatividad administrativa, atender las solicitudes de los usuarios y recibir a las personas al edificio.

Cuál es tu día a día?

  • Atención a persona interno y externo en la recepción del sitio.
  • Brindar soporte y gestionar solicitudes a las diferentes áreas de la compañía.
  • Recepción y tratamiento de correspondencia de acuerdo a indicaciones, de documentación legal, escaneo y envío a los usuarios de estos documentos.
  • Coordinación de servicios de cadetería.
  • Recepción de proveedores, brindando información de seguridad para el acceso al sitio.
  • Gestión de tarjetas de control de acceso para personas.
  • Tareas en software de ERP, Solicitud de Pedidos, seguimiento de órdenes de compra y liberación, certificaciones.
  • Tareas administrativas generales de los servicios gestionados.
  • Realizar seguimiento y control de pago de servicios generales en sitio.
  • Control y ciclo de pago de alquileres y expensas de las locaciones.
  • Coordinación de envío y control de documentación legal de proveedores para ingreso al sitio.

Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas

  • Estudiante o graduado de carrera universitaria vinculada a la gestión empresarial. Es valorado.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en paquete de herramientas Office : Es deseable.
  • inglés : Avanzado es necesario.
  • Conocimientos de SAP es valorado.
  • Mínimo 2 años en tareas de gestión y administrativas.
  • Atención al cliente interno, entregando resultados.
