DirecciónThe Fixed Asset Analyst reports directly to the Fixed Asset Supervisor. The primary function of the position is to provide analyses, reports and answers to any fixed assets requests from internal clients.
● Responsible for Monthly Project Commitment and Expenditure reporting
● Responsible for capitalization, closure, supplement and decommitment of projects
● Works with project managers to break-out large projects into components and capitalize accordingly
● On a monthly basis, prepares and analyzes capitalized interest schedule and records related journal entries
● Responsible for property tax rebills and property tax liability, including research and follow-up with impacted entities
● Responsible for reviewing, posting, and logging of journal entries necessary for month-end close and for one-off adjustments
● Responsible for owning monthly reconciliation of assigned accounts, including research and follow-up
● Responsible for preparation of quarterly reports due to Air Liquide Head Office, including analysis on depreciation variations
● Assists with Target and Reforecast
● Assists with both internal and external audit requests

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Experience/Certifications
Minimum 1-4 years experience in Accounting role
Preferred Oracle experience highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
Results oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines
Experience in shared service center preferred
Experience in multinational company desirable
Knowledge and Skills
Ability to work and take initiative in a matrix organization
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity

Language Requirements
English: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]
