As a Talent Pool Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing prospective talent to fuel our client’s success.
You'll collaborate closely with our hiring community, strategically aligning your efforts to meet our current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Develop strategic Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) plans.
- Engage with potential candidates registered in our client s CRM via phone and email.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging with talent on LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and support throughout the process.
- Monitor and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Strong communicator with exceptional English skills; and desire to develop negotiation skills.
- Relationship-building skills with outstanding organizational abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with a knack for prioritization.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to adapt to changing needs.
- Previous experience in high-volume recruitment environments preferred.
Metrics That Matter :
- Bi-weekly recruiter conversations and / or job launch calls.
- Engage with a set number of potential candidates via email per week.
- Speak with a target number of potential candidates weekly.
- Convert potential candidates to the active talent pool.
