- Technical Skills 4+ Years experience in, .Net Core, .Net Programming-C# .Net Domain
- Good reading, conversing, and writing knowledge of Russian Language
- Healthcare or LifeSciences background is preferred.
- Production Support experience.
- Willing to be available during off hours (for on-call support)
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Identify root causes of technical issues, job failures.
- Demonstrate problem solving, analysis, and prioritization skills.
- Implement best production support programming practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Engage and escalate with appropriate teams / stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Comfortable working with highly demanding customers & execs globally.
Roles and responsibilities
- Should be the end-to-end Application support POC for a set of Russian applications.
- Should get the Knowledge transition of the Apps from incumbent vendor.
- Perform issue resolutions based on Incidents and Service Tickets received.
- Understand the technical landscape of the applications and integrated systems.
- On need basis to provide extended support for P1 tickets and perform on call support.
- Perform root cause analysis for the repeated issues.
- Do requirements gathering, Design, and code updates for the minor enhancement activities requested by the business.
- Work on code optimization for any performance issues reported by the business.
- Follow the ITIL process for ticket resolution, ensure that SLAs are met for response and resolution timelines.
- Create Knowledge Articles and SOPs (on need basis) for any new issues encountered and resolved.
