Pro Coffee Gear, a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in espresso machines and related parts, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic and diverse team. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work from anywhere while playing a crucial role in driving our company's revenue and expansion.

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying, researching, and engaging potential clients to create new sales opportunities.
2. Developing, maintaining, and growing a pipeline of sales prospects.
3. Engaging clients through various communication channels to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and set up sales presentations.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from first contact through the sales process.
5. Maintaining a deep understanding of Pro Coffee Gears product offerings and tailoring sales presentations accordingly.
6. Proposing and utilizing CRM systems to track interactions and sales progress effectively.
7. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the e-commerce, wholesale, or SaaS sector.
2. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships with potential clients.
4. Experience with CRM software.
5. Self-starter mentality, able to effectively work independently and in a team setting.
6. High level of professionalism and comfort engaging with high-level decision-makers.
7. Familiarity with the coffee industry, espresso machines, or related equipment is a plus.
