Main responsibility: To provide management and operational support for Motorola Sales team
Operational scope:
- Manage all KA inventories and Sales and Supply Chain activities
- Manage supply operational flow
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data - on a summarized and yet effective way to the Managers
- P&L tracking and management (daily)
- Manage GFK data
- Purchase Order management
- Follow-up on client’s finance debits and credits
- Place and manage debit and credit memos
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners at all levels in order to guarantee the executions
Skills/Requeremnt:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Experience within Telecom / Mobile
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data, transform it into relevant information for the business, and communicate critical information to different teams.
- Previous exp with CPFR and other planning tools
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Advanced knowledge on Bigdata handling (SQL). Power BI
- Fluent in English (written and oral skills).
